About the Role
As a Mechanical Engineer II‑IV you will design trade‑specific systems, creating layouts using CAD and Revit, performing calculations with appropriate software, and coordinating with architectural and engineering disciplines under senior guidance. You must own the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of your work and progress from basic assignments to more complex projects within a technical team. • Participate in various trade organizations and prepare presentations. • Manage CAD/BIM and other technical staff assigned to projects or tasks as directed by senior engineers or designers. • Assist with employee reviews as requested. • Estimate construction costs and evaluate feasibility using Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM). • Write engineering proposals under the direction of senior engineers or designers.

What You Bring
Successful candidates should be proficient in Revit for system layout and spatial coordination, understand practical LEED principles, and have experience on Aviation, Federal, Healthcare, Commercial, or Mission Critical projects. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 18 months to 7+ years of MEP experience, and the latest AutoCAD MEP and Revit are required, with LEED accreditation and PE preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • 18 months to 7+ years of relevant MEP experience. • LEED accreditation preferred. • Latest version of AutoCAD MEP and Revit required. • Proficiency in design and calculation software; MS Excel and Word. • Basic understanding of proper system selection. • Thorough knowledge of applicable codes. • Project management experience. • EIT required; PE preferred.
