About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to walk around facilities, spending up to 50 % of the time outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors. The role also involves cleaning interior areas, sweeping/mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
