Job Highlights
About the Role
• Lead quality and customer experience initiatives across the distribution center. • Manage, develop, and mentor the quality and customer satisfaction team. • Act as the Voice of the Customer by regularly engaging with customers and translating insights into action. • Influence organizational decisions to ensure customer expectations are integrated into processes. • Own end‑to‑end customer service and quality processes from issue identification to prevention. • Support quality excellence throughout the supply chain, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, transportation, and returns. • Apply quality methodologies such as 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and the Schneider Performance System to drive continuous improvement. • Recommend and implement automation or technology solutions to reduce human error. • Implement Schneider Electric’s quality policy by defining CS&Q roles, targets, and objectives. • Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with global directives. • Collaborate with Customer Satisfaction and Quality teams to address their needs and share best practices. • Ensure the team maintains appropriate competency levels and professional development.

What You Bring
Successful applicants will hold a BS in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic, or industrial) and bring at least five years of quality‑focused experience in logistics. They will demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and change‑management skills, along with a customer‑centric mindset. • Hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering. • Minimum five years of experience in a quality‑focused logistics role. • Proven expertise with structured problem‑solving (8D) and robustness tools such as PFMEA. • Lean Six Sigma certification and familiarity with ISO and automotive quality standards (APQP, IATF 16949). • Experience with preventive action methods like Poka‑Yoke and Jidoka.
