About the Role
The Road Mechanic role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas equipment. The technician must execute tasks safely and efficiently to minimize equipment downtime while adhering to a safety‑first culture. • Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment in challenging remote locations • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • Provide own mechanic tools of trade

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training preferred, and possess 3–5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required, and a CDL may be necessary in certain locations. Key abilities include knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, the capability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and the willingness to provide personal mechanic tools. Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) may be required depending on site needs. The position demands physical stamina for bending, squatting, lifting 50 + pounds, and working both indoors and outdoors.
