About the Role
• Execute small fire and sprinkler installation projects profitably, providing early sales support and strategic input. • Lead project teams—including engineers, designers, technicians, and subcontractors—to ensure accuracy, on‑time delivery, and budget compliance. • Maintain positive cash flow by managing accounts payable, billing, collections, and actively pursuing change orders. • Ensure safety compliance, oversee construction specifications, and manage material procurement and subcontractor performance. • Communicate project progress, issues, and financial status to management; resolve disputes and prepare RFPs and subcontracts.

What You Bring
• Minimum one year of field experience in building construction or electrical projects with strong technical communication skills. • Proficient in project management software and financial accounting systems; experienced with MS Project, MS Office, Adobe Writer, and Visio.
