About the Role
• Lead comprehensive QA/QC programs from project inception to completion. • Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection schedules and testing protocols for mission-critical infrastructure. • Establish quality benchmarks aligned with ISO 9001, TIA-942 and relevant Indian building codes. • Manage quality control across all construction phases, including MEP, structural, architectural and data-center systems. • Conduct regular inspections, audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to specifications and approved methods. • Lead a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, coordinating with project managers, contractors and clients. • Maintain complete quality documentation, inspection reports and corrective-action plans, and provide dashboards for senior management. • Identify quality risks early, perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures to resolve issues before handover.

What You Bring
JLL Project and Development Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control for large-scale data-center and commercial greenfield projects. The role will ensure construction activities meet rigorous quality standards, regulatory compliance and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. It is an on-site position in Mumbai with a 48-hour work week. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related field. • Minimum 15 years of construction quality management experience, with at least 8 years on data-center and commercial projects. • Experience handling greenfield developments exceeding INR 500 crores. • Deep knowledge of data-center standards (TIA-942), MEP systems, ASHRAE, NFPA and Indian IS codes. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
