About the Role

The Workplace Management role provides comprehensive services that create a best‑in‑class workplace experience through continuous facility monitoring and operational support. Working alongside Workplace Managers, you will handle routine operations such as procurement, work order management, contract administration and asset tracking, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client service. • Assist Workplace Management team with tactical planning and daily workload completion. • Provide facility-specific support to project teams and handle minor facility management tasks. • Coordinate and support client or JLL special events, including meeting and conference room reservations. • Serve as primary contact for clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring appropriate follow‑up. • Direct vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to coordinate work in client environments. • Help schedule maintenance activities and manage security system administration. • Support budget requests, analysis, and reporting, including variance research.

What You Bring

The position is located on‑site in Atlanta, GA, with standard business‑hour shifts. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Associate degree in facilities management, business or related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 2 years of facility or property administration experience. • Experience with Corrigo or other CMMS/automated work‑order systems. • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and able to create custom reports. • Strong customer service skills and professionalism under pressure. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. • Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision. • Experience in budget analysis and financial reporting for facilities. • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance coordination. • Event coordination and meeting management background. • Vendor management and contract administration experience. • Strong organizational and collaborative work style. • Ability to plan and manage work effectively under time constraints.
