About the Role
The Product Manager will provide product management services to support capability delivery, manage product schedules and documentation, coordinate governance activities and contract change proposals, oversee maintenance and sustainment schedules, and develop BAU support and monthly reporting to ensure alignment with engagement standards. • Provide product management services to support capability delivery. • Manage product schedules and documentation, including in‑service support plans. • Coordinate product governance activities and contract change proposals. • Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance and future sustainment schedules. • Develop and maintain BAU support, monthly reporting, and other alignment services. • Work effectively with multi‑disciplinary teams and drive deliverables. • Maintain at least Negative Vetting 1 security clearance; ITAR compliance may be required. • Contribute to critical Defence projects shaping Australia’s future.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has experience in a Defence environment managing systems or processes, works effectively with multi‑disciplinary teams, holds a bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications, and possesses Agile, PRINCE2 or PMBOK credentials. Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management skills, and a Minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance (with possible ITAR compliance) are required. • Experience managing Defence systems, products, or processes. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications; Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK valued. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
