About the Role
The Scaffold Helper 2 position supports the erection and dismantling of various scaffolding systems by passing materials to crew members, stacking shipments, and keeping the work area safe, neat and orderly. Physical duties include bending, squatting, reaching and lifting 40 + pounds while working indoors or outdoors as required. • Leverage current skills in a challenging role • Assist in scaffolding erection and dismantling • Pass materials to crew members from ground level or scaffold • Stack scaffolding materials for shipping • Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly work area

What You Bring
Candidates should have a good working knowledge of scaffolding types and sizes, familiarity with preparation and layout processes, and the proper tools; trade school experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual ability is a plus, and related experience such as construction laborer, carpenter helper, or drywall hanger is valuable. • Know types and sizes of scaffolding components • Lift 40 + pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, squatting, reaching) • Use proper tools; bilingual ability is a plus
