About the Role
The role involves coordinating installers and subcontractors across a wide variety of installation jobs. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of multitasking with strong attention to detail. You will work closely with internal departments to organize and schedule all installations from the first customer contact through contract closeout. Responsibilities include conducting welcome calls within 48 hours, verifying site readiness, scheduling JCI technicians and vendors, preparing job packets, tracking material deliveries, and updating the Installation Backlog Tool. You will also process paperwork to meet the Zero Harm safety policy and ensure timely job closeout. • Coordinate installers and subcontractors for each installation job. • Organize and schedule installations from customer contact to contract closeout. • Conduct welcome calls to customers within 48 hours of booking. • Verify site readiness, including construction progress, lift availability, network connectivity, and on‑site personnel. • Schedule JCI technicians and vendors using proprietary scheduling software. • Prepare and distribute job packets with all necessary details and forms. • Track and confirm timely delivery of installation materials. • Update installation status in the Installation Backlog Tool for all stakeholders. • Process paperwork to comply with Zero Harm safety policy and ensure timely job closeout. • Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, or internal programs. • Collaborate with Sales, National Account teams, installers, subcontractors, and material handlers. • Build cooperative relationships across all associated departments.

What You Bring
Effective communication with both internal and external customers via phone, email, or internal programs is essential. You will collaborate with Sales, National Account teams, installers, subcontractors, the install manager, and material handlers, building cooperative relationships across all departments. The position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
