About the Role

The Field Recruiter role owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations and works closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to supply talent that drives business performance and growth. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leadership to define staffing needs, role requirements and hiring priorities. • Source, screen and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and professional networks. • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure consistent flow and readiness for hiring needs. • Gather and synthesize interview feedback, advising hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a consistent, transparent and timely candidate experience at every stage. • Communicate with all candidates, providing follow‑up regardless of outcome and setting clear expectations. • Accurately maintain candidate data and activity in the ATS and related systems. • Follow standardized recruiting processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. • Stay current on recruiting trends, tools and best practices to enhance outcomes. • Own hiring outcomes, timelines and quality of hires for assigned business areas. • Support hiring events, job fairs and community outreach initiatives as needed. • Contribute to a collaborative talent‑acquisition team focused on results and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field, has 1‑3 years of talent‑acquisition experience in a high‑volume environment, and demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP) is required.
