About the Role

As a Marketing Representative, Pre‑Arrival, you will deliver exceptional customer service while booking qualified timeshare tours for owners and guests. Key duties involve contacting owners and guests through outbound calls and email to schedule property previews, managing daily call lists and meeting production quotas, selling local tours and activities while providing concierge vacation planning, and promoting HGV Ultimate Access events. You will also work with management to resolve customer challenges, fulfill reasonable requests, and complete assigned administrative tasks. • Provide exceptional customer service and book qualified timeshare tours • Contact owners and guests via outbound calls and email to schedule property previews • Manage daily outbound call quotas and maintain call lists • Sell local tours, activities, and deliver concierge vacation planning • Promote HGV Ultimate Access events • Proactively resolve customer challenges with management • Complete administrative tasks assigned by management

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED, have at least one year of customer‑service experience, and be able to work flexible hours. A thorough knowledge of the local area and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
