About the Role
In this role you will start and monitor tapping machines, adjust settings, gauge and inspect parts, record production data on SPC charts and daily sheets, and operate a pallet jack to move tubs and load equipment. The position requires flexibility to work overtime and to perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor. • Start machine and monitor operation, making adjustments as needed. • Gauge and inspect parts for conformance; record data on SPC charts. • Document daily production on production sheets. • Operate PIV and electric pallet jack to move tubs and load machines.

What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Ability to work overtime as needed. • Strong math skills for percentages and ratios. • Effective verbal and written communication; ability to read, write, and interpret instructions. • Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull, reach, and lift 5‑25 lb regularly and up to 65 lb with assistance.
