About the Role

What will I be doing? In this role, you will be tasked with driving the company's success by executing the outlined activities to the highest standards, and your dedication to these responsibilities will be crucial in achieving our organizational goals. • Follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions, identify out‑of‑balance causes promptly, produce management reports, and prevent recurrence of errors • Ensure all charges are posted to the correct guest folio or master account and reconciled with supporting documentation • Reconcile charges to the general ledger, prepare backup files, and close out shift and day on the reservation system, readying it for the next business day • Generate housekeeping reports and print folio departures • Compile daily revenue reports and file accordingly • Calculate month‑end account balance and submit to accounting • Process reservation advance deposits from receipt through depositing and logging of all monies • Perform front‑desk duties including check‑in, check‑out, and cashier procedures efficiently • Assist guests and owners with needs and requests, delivering outstanding hospitality • Complete departmental typing tasks and other duties assigned by management
