About the Role

• Monitor environment health and maintain standards across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. • Initiate incident management, handle escalations, and conduct disaster recovery tests. • Implement changes following change and vulnerability management processes. • Evaluate and adopt new cloud technologies to solve technical challenges. • Build foundational cloud components including network, security, identity, operations, and governance. • Automate solution deployment from proof-of-concept to production to ensure repeatability and compliance. • Design scalable, reliable, available, and high-performance cloud architectures. • Perform cloud capacity planning, profiling, load testing, and secure monitoring of applications. • Manage day-to-day cloud resource allocation, capacity optimization, and configuration. • Collaborate with team members to achieve objectives. • Use Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and the software development lifecycle. • Work with cloud containerization technologies. • Implement high-availability, geo-distributed, multi-regional architectures and disaster recovery. • Automate deployments with Terraform, PowerShell, CLI, or Bicep and manage IaC across environments. • Communicate technical issues to business partners and business issues to technical partners effectively. • Write clear verbal and written communications for all stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Hold a B.S. in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. • Possess Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-305, AZ-700). • Understand Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS services and core components (compute, storage, networking, identity, security). • Know Azure App Services architecture and deployment. • Experience with Azure API Management, Azure databases, Azure Security, Front Door, Application Gateway, and WAF. • Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
