About the Role
The position leads a staff delivering multi‑disciplinary real estate project solutions, holding direct accountability for end‑to‑end project delivery across planning, design, construction, occupancy and close‑out phases. The role oversees all aspects of project management—including budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk—while handling billing, revenue‑recognition documentation and accounts‑receivable collection. It interacts with clients to define requirements, prepares scopes, cost estimates and work plans, and conducts RFPs, bid analysis and resource selection. The incumbent provides formal supervision to team members, conducts performance appraisals, mentors and coaches staff, and manages third‑party delivery resources. Responsibilities also include setting department deadlines, identifying training needs and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX controls where applicable. • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk for real‑estate initiatives. • Oversee billing processes, revenue‑recognition documentation, and accounts‑receivable collection. • Define client requirements and develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and milestone schedules. • Conduct RFPs, perform bid analyses, and recommend qualified delivery resources. • Lead project teams and third‑party contractors, providing guidance to achieve objectives. • Implement communication plans, produce meeting minutes, and maintain regular status reporting. • Govern project documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client and company standards. • Monitor progress against goals, create action plans, and manage change orders through change‑management routines. • Identify complex risks, lead constructability reviews, and develop mitigation and contingency strategies. • Supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals, mentor team members, and address training needs. • Ensure adherence to SOX controls and other company policies throughout project execution.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in a technical or related field and possess a project‑management qualification such as APMP, LEED or RICS. Required skills include fluent English, strong written and verbal communication, advanced analytical ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project, and the capacity to interpret contracts, leases, drawings and financial data. Proven experience in managing real‑estate projects through the full lifecycle, particularly within the banking sector, is essential. Applicants should demonstrate autonomous yet collaborative work habits, expertise in risk mitigation, budgeting and financial analysis, and familiarity with EMEA market practices. • Hold a technical undergraduate degree plus a PM certification (APMP, LEED, RICS or equivalent). • Demonstrate fluent English, strong written/verbal communication, and advanced analytical skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project, and able to read architectural drawings. • Possess knowledge of leases, construction contracts, financial principles, budgeting and forecasting. • Experience managing multiple real‑estate projects simultaneously, preferably for banking‑sector clients in the EMEA region.
