About the Role
• Maintain and manage master data in OTR’s ERP and related business systems. • Gather, document, and maintain business requirements for master data, vendors, products, sites, and system changes. • Ensure master data updates align with operational needs and governance frameworks. • Analyze data workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or quality issues and propose solutions. • Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring data issues and recommend system or process improvements. • Validate and test master data changes and system enhancements to ensure accuracy and integrity.

What You Bring
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical individual to join our Kensington head office as a Systems Master Data Officer on an initial 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate master data that supports all OTR sites, handling data entry and validation to ensure data integrity. By doing so, the officer enables smooth operations across the network. The closing date for applications is Friday, 6 February 2026. • Hold a qualification in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Management, IT, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated experience in master data, business systems, or data governance roles. • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and enterprise data structures. • Strong understanding of master data management principles and governance. • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑quality assurance capabilities. • Experience in system testing, validation, and handling large datasets with manual entry. • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, independently and as part of a team.
