About the Role

The Senior Project Manager – Account Lead will oversee overall project delivery while assisting clients with capital plan development, program scoping, and resource allocation. This role involves building project budgets, conducting cost‑benefit analyses, and leading value‑engineering and cost‑saving initiatives. Day‑to‑day duties include managing budgets and schedules, supervising site improvements, handling permits and entitlements, selecting consultants and contractors, and providing financial oversight. The manager will also recruit and lead project teams, maintain client relationships, resolve conflicts, and track key performance metrics. • Develop and manage project budgets, including hard and soft costs. • Conduct construction cost/benefit analysis and lead value‑engineering efforts. • Assemble and supervise teams of consultants, contractors, and vendors. • Maintain client relationships and handle conflict resolution. • Track and report key performance indicators and project metrics. • Recruit, onboard, and manage talent for the account team.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least seven years of construction project management experience, including two years in industrial or manufacturing settings, and a proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. Strong financial acumen, knowledge of corporate real‑estate processes, and excellent communication skills are essential, while a bachelor’s degree in a related field and business‑development interest are preferred. • Require 7+ years construction project management experience (2+ in industrial/manufacturing). • Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, scheduling, and corporate real‑estate processes. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
