About the Role

Summary: The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex projects. They establish project objectives through planning and budgets, serve as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitor construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. They are responsible for the financial results of the project and for safety by perpetuating the IIF culture. • Responsible for pre‑construction duties • Coordinate job transition and start‑up process • Manage cost and schedule • Manage cash flow • Oversee work of direct reports • Maintain client relationship • Generate and submit technical records • Support construction of project • Manage project safety and risk management processes • Ensure a safe work environment • Participate in training/certifications
