About the Role
The role requires multitasking across procurement, equipment management, and clerical duties while maintaining safety consciousness and delivering professional customer service. Training will be provided for accounts payable, accounting, and billing support. • Provide friendly, professional customer service. • Record equipment hours, fuel usage, and lubrication samples. • Communicate equipment deficiencies to mechanics and maintain inspection documentation. • Manage equipment service schedules and ensure completion. • Serve as iProcurement Super User; enter requisitions for purchase orders. • Process incoming vendor invoices. • Order and maintain inventory of office and safety supplies. • Assist with corporate accounting tasks such as payable processing.

What You Bring
