About the Role
The Airport Ground Transportation Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to travelers by answering questions, directing passengers to the appropriate airport areas, and guiding them toward available ground transportation options. The role also requires becoming knowledgeable about basic airport operations, including taxi services, and performing other duties as assigned. • Drive vehicles within and between rental locations, including small and large passenger vehicles (SUVs, vans, pickups, etc.). • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify unsafe conditions or maintenance issues. • Perform pre‑inspection and post‑inspection activities to ensure safety compliance. • Report incidents or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

What You Bring
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid, unexpired driver’s license. • No prior experience, high school diploma, GED, or college degree required; on‑the‑job training provided. • Preferred: customer service experience and at least one year of similar work.

Benefits
The position pays $17.34 per hour, with the exact rate based on the applicant’s experience, skills, location, and market data. The work schedule is Thursday and Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am, and Saturday beginning at 2:00 pm.
