About the Role

The role reports to the Senior Director, Business Partnerships, partners with Category Leaders (Operations), and oversees Plant HR Managers and their teams at approximately three to four sites. It entails strategic partnership, workforce planning, change leadership, capability development, and data‑driven decision making across the manufacturing footprint. • Align HR strategy with business goals and lead workforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline for hourly and salaried roles. • Act as a change leader, delivering multi‑site communications and driving cultural transformation during initiatives. • Lead complex HR and business projects, maintaining timelines and quality while adapting to shifting priorities. • Coach HR teams, identify skill gaps, and implement development plans to elevate performance. • Oversee HR execution across sites, ensuring compliance, employee‑relations resolution, effective recruitment, and continuous improvement. • Leverage HR analytics and predictive modeling to identify workforce trends and create evidence‑based staffing action plans. • Partner with leaders to set goals, track progress, and promote data‑driven decision making.

The position requires solid business acumen, an ownership mindset, and the ability to influence senior leaders while positioning HR as a core business function. • Require a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 8+ years of multi‑site HR experience, and willingness to travel up to 70% and work outside standard business hours. • Demonstrate a results‑driven, solution‑oriented mindset with strong business and financial acumen. • Exhibit influential leadership, coaching ability, high adaptability, resilience, and expertise in project, change, and communications leadership.
