About the Role
The role is responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 that cover engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery phases. It includes analyzing variances, escalating potential delays, and adjusting schedules based on actual progress. The incumbent works closely with engineering managers and global teams to allocate resources, track engineering hours, and ensure realistic loading. A key part of the position is aligning material requirements planning (MRP) data with real‑time scheduling needs, coordinating material releases, and serving as the primary interface with the Product Delivery Planner. The role attends joint planning‑scheduling meetings, identifies feasibility gaps, resource bottlenecks, and communicates schedule status to stakeholders across time zones, providing reports and audit‑ready documentation. • Maintain and update detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 across all phases. • Analyze schedule variances and escalate potential delays. • Collaborate with engineering managers to allocate resources and track engineering hours. • Align MRP data with real‑time scheduling and coordinate material releases. • Serve as liaison between the Product Delivery Planner and project teams for integrated planning. • Participate in joint planning‑scheduling meetings to identify risks and bottlenecks. • Communicate schedule status to global stakeholders and provide regular updates. • Generate progress and risk reports from Primavera P6 and MRP systems. • Maintain audit‑ready documentation of all schedule changes.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, supply chain or a related discipline, and have 3–5 years of scheduling or project coordination experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and familiarity with MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience working with global teams are required.
