What You Bring
RA Hoy Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable and hardworking HVAC Install Assistant to support its installation team with residential HVAC system installs and replacements. This role offers an opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a long‑term career in the HVAC trade while learning hands‑on from experienced installers. The position is based in Kitty Hawk, NC. • Show mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools • Lift up to 50 lb and perform physical labor • Work comfortably in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments • Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred) • Exhibit strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependability • Prior HVAC or construction experience is a plus (not required)
