About the Role
The PMO Manager will support the Programme Leader in delivering excellent commission management, ensuring the commission aligns with agreed governance, risk, and contractual requirements. The role provides assurance to senior executives and embeds robust frameworks for programme control, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight. It also involves maintaining programme documentation, logs, and facilitating effective communication and secretariat duties. • Support Programme Leader in embedding commission vision and direction • Establish and embed programme management and control frameworks • Develop robust processes for stakeholder engagement • Implement and monitor financial reporting and management processes • Contribute to health and safety risk identification and mitigation • Maintain programme logs, registers, data quality, and provide secretariat duties • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and contractual deliverables

What You Bring
• Hold programme management accreditation or familiarity with methodologies • Proven experience applying programme management in fast‑paced, high‑performing environments • Demonstrated ability to maintain documentation, ensure data quality, and produce robust reports • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including secretariat functions • Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field; professional membership desirable
