About the Role
The Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness strategically manages and implements sales solutions that improve operations and efficiency, ensuring processes and systems support field sales and the company’s sales strategy. The role is essential for aligning sales operations with the broader corporate strategy. In this role the manager works closely with business and IT stakeholders and external vendors to design, develop, test, train, and deploy solutions that meet evolving sales needs, while communicating with cross‑functional teams and overseeing adoption of these solutions. Collaboration with internal and external partners ensures that solutions remain aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include serving as an internal subject‑matter expert on sales processes and technology, driving innovation and continuous improvement, gathering frontline feedback to influence leaders, building relationships across corporate and field sales, and managing projects to deliver agreed‑upon outcomes on time. These activities support efficient sales execution and technology adoption. The manager also leads requirement gathering, selects and configures Salesforce Sales Cloud, acts as the primary contact for related issues, develops and delivers end‑user training, creates detailed functional documentation, executes testing, and communicates status and issues throughout the project lifecycle. By handling documentation, testing, and communication, the manager ensures reliable implementation and user confidence. • Serve as internal subject‑matter expert on sales processes and technology solutions. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement of sales tools and processes. • Gather frontline input and influence peers, field leadership, and corporate executives. • Build relationships and communicate the Sales Effectiveness vision across corporate and field teams. • Manage cross‑functional projects, set expectations, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. • Lead requirement gathering, solution selection, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Act as primary contact for Salesforce issues and provide application guidance. • Design and deliver end‑user training and develop training materials. • Create business and functional documentation such as use cases, process flows, and data mappings. • Execute functional and user acceptance testing and communicate status and issues.

What You Bring
Qualifications require at least three years of experience designing and executing Salesforce Sales Cloud processes, three years of sales‑related program management, two years in large, geographically dispersed operations, and a minimum of two years of progressive supervisory or management experience. These experiences equip the leader to drive effective sales enablement across the organization. • Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud process design and execution. • At least 3 years of sales‑related program management experience. • Minimum 2 years managing large, geographically dispersed operations. • 2+ years progressive supervisory or management experience.
