About the Role
In this leadership role, the manager will support the regional discipline’s vision, work closely with other department leaders, and contribute to business development initiatives while ensuring high‑quality project delivery. • Lead the Bridges & Structures team and shape the regional discipline strategy. • Collaborate with department managers and the Regional Discipline Leader. • Drive marketing, business development, and cross‑selling of company services. • Monitor work backlog, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget goals. • Provide technical assistance for proposals, contracts, and new business pursuits. • Manage financial aspects of the team, including budgeting and revenue targets.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will possess a civil engineering degree, an Ohio professional engineer license, and extensive bridge engineering experience, along with proven leadership and communication abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and an Ohio PE license (or reciprocity). • Bring 10+ years of bridge engineering experience, with 7+ years in proposal preparation and budget management. • Demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and staff management capabilities. • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
