About the Role

Manage intake, triage, and resolution of system-related tickets for the CoE Demand Planning team. Collaborate with IT and business support teams to address bugs, integration challenges, and recurring issues. Translate business needs into functional specifications, secure approvals, and prioritize enhancements based on impact and feasibility. Support testing and deployment of new capabilities into production. Coordinate post-deployment communications for demand planning updates, including system changes, process refinements, and incident resolutions. Maintain training documentation, issue release notes, and lead briefings to keep business teams informed and equipped. Foster strong engagement with planning stakeholders to support adoption and alignment.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and at least seven years of experience in supply-chain planning or operations management (e.g., SIOP, demand planning, materials management). Candidates must have a minimum of five years working with advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro or O9 solutions and be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship. • Demonstrated Kinaxis expertise in demand‑planning workflows, post‑deployment support, and system optimization. • Strong knowledge of forecasting processes, planning parameters, and SIOP frameworks in a global manufacturing environment. • Proven ability to manage system incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions across IT and business teams. • Skilled at gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications, prioritizing enhancements, and supporting deployment of new capabilities. • Excellent communication skills for post‑deployment updates, training documentation, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption. • Experience in a Center of Excellence or enterprise planning environment.
