Responsibilities may include framing, trim installation, drywall, and remodel duties, ensuring high‑quality workmanship throughout. • Perform start‑to‑finish carpentry on commercial and residential projects • Install metal studs and wood framing • Execute rough builds and structural framing • Conduct trim work, including molding, drop ceilings, cabinets, doors, and windows • Complete drywall installation and remodel projects • Provide own trade tools • Wear proper personal protective equipment on site • Participate in 401(k) profit‑sharing savings plan • Utilize tool purchase programs
