About the Role

The Senior Marketing Coordinator role supports pursuit teams by developing persuasive proposal and interview materials, monitoring solicitation status, and maintaining accurate data in business‑development systems. The position also contributes to strategic planning, client‑relationship management, and the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen HDR’s brand and thought leadership. • Support pursuit teams with proposal and interview materials • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status • File proposal and presentation materials upon submission • Manage client relationship and financial systems for reporting metrics • Maintain project and resume data in business development systems • Coordinate professional photography for projects • Assist in developing annual and long‑term strategic plans • Implement growth initiatives and strategic investments • Develop and execute client plans to capture market share • Solicit formal client feedback • Administer go/no‑go decisions per HDR’s Matrix of Authority • Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility • Create and publish engaging digital content reflecting HDR’s brand • Execute social media campaigns • Support strategies to elevate HDR’s brand with industry associations • Create marketing collateral for business development efforts • Produce internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars) • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings (in‑person or virtual) • Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits and recruiting • Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least two years of relevant industry experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign. A bachelor’s degree in a related field, deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement practices, and the willingness to travel are preferred. • Articulate HDR’s capabilities and competitive advantages • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) • Deep knowledge of A/E/C industry procurement of professional services (preferred) • Ability and desire to travel and engage in‑person (preferred) • Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience (required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (required) • Proficient in Adobe InDesign (required) • Demonstrated self‑starter with ability to complete projects with limited oversight (required)
