About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with the project management team to deliver capital investment projects, act as the primary client interface, lead project management commissions, and supervise moderately sized projects with moderate risk and financial impact. The position also contributes to the overall operations of AECOM’s project management practice. • Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to commissioning. • Serve as the primary client interface and ensure client objectives are met. • Lead project management commissions and supervise moderately sized projects. • Deliver capital investment infrastructure projects following RIBA Stages 0‑7. • Contribute to the operational running of the AECOM project management team. • Work in a hybrid model, leveraging flexibility and collaborative environments.

What You Bring

Candidates should have recent experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0 to 7 and a background in primary healthcare and education markets. Required qualifications include a postgraduate degree in project management, construction, engineering, or quantity surveying, and pursuit of chartered status with institutions such as SCSI/RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI; APM affiliation is a plus. • Hold a postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. • Pursue Chartered status with SCSI/RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI; APM affiliation desirable. • Demonstrate experience in primary healthcare and education markets.
