About the Role
A Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The driver ensures the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adheres to all state and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. Key duties include performing thorough pre- and post‑operation vehicle inspections, following assigned routes and service sheets, operating manual or automatic controls to load, compact, and dispose of waste, and interacting professionally with customers and dispatchers. The driver monitors waste for unacceptable material, tags unsuitable containers, cleans spills according to safety protocols, maintains the truck’s cleanliness, and completes required productivity and reporting documentation while meeting productivity standards.

What You Bring
