About the Role

The role provides general administrative and logistical support for overseas operations, including maintaining personnel, property, and maintenance records and preparing scheduled reports. Responsibilities also cover coordinating transportation, security, and housing for staff, as well as managing shipping, customs compliance, and warehousing activities. The incumbent will maintain duty schedules, timesheets, and an accurate computerized accounting of all equipment and supplies. Additional tasks may be assigned by the U.S. Government. • Perform general administrative and logistical functions, maintaining personnel, property, and operational records. • Prepare and submit periodic reports and manage duty schedules and timesheets. • Coordinate transportation, security clearance, and housing for incoming and outgoing staff. • Arrange shipping, ensure customs compliance, and oversee warehousing and storage activities. • Track and account for all equipment and supplies using a computerized system. • Conduct property management tasks such as acquisition audits, inventory control, and disposition. • Manage overseas procurement and logistics operations. • Complete required NPSS training, obtain a personnel security clearance, and maintain ILMS/SILMS user competencies. • Lift equipment up to 50 lb and travel to potentially dangerous or unhealthy locations.

What You Bring

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible nationals, demonstrate Level 3 English proficiency, and hold either a bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply‑chain management or a Certified Professional Property Specialist certification. A minimum of three years’ experience in administrative and logistical support is required, including at least two years in property management covering acquisition, inventory, and disposition, and one year in overseas procurement and logistics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record‑keeping systems is essential. Prior to assignment, candidates must complete NPSS training, obtain a personnel security clearance, and become competent with ILMS/SILMS applications. The position also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lb and travel to potentially hazardous locations. • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic record‑keeping applications.
