What You Bring

The position is headquartered in Minneapolis, MN and requires travel to various project sites. Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills are essential in this dynamic environment. • Bachelor’s degree in environmental management, science, biology, geology, or related field. • Minimum eight years of relevant experience, including storm‑water pollution prevention (SWPPP). • Experience with endangered species, erosion control, sediment control, aquatic resources, and SPCC. • Strong understanding of federal, state, provincial, and local environmental laws and policies. • Excellent organization, self‑direction, and teamwork abilities. • Effective communication with consultants and governmental agencies. • Proficiency with PCs, tablets, Excel, Word, and design review. • Valid driver’s license; based in Minneapolis (remote candidates considered).
