About the Role
The role is a hybrid driver and warehouse associate who will operate a 26‑ft box truck to perform last‑mile deliveries and assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving, organizing, and kitting job kits while operating equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks. The employee will be responsible for safe product delivery, equipment operation, customer interaction, route planning, vehicle upkeep, accurate documentation, inventory handling, safety compliance, issue reporting, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. • Safely deliver packages to residential and business locations, handling items with care. • Operate electric pallet jack and forklift to load and unload pallets. • Provide courteous customer service, answer questions, and address concerns. • Perform trash pickups and ensure customer yards are cleared of debris. • Plan efficient routes and adhere to delivery schedules. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized delivery vehicle; perform basic maintenance checks. • Accurately record delivery details using apps or paperwork. • Assist with loading/unloading and verify inventory counts. • Follow all safety protocols for driving and material handling. • Report issues, delays, damages, or obstacles to supervisors or dispatchers. • Receive, inspect, and record battery and equipment shipments in the Warehouse Management System. • Assemble job kits according to Bill of Materials. • Keep the warehouse tidy, organized, and properly labeled.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, have at least two years of experience driving a 26‑ft box truck, be able to lift 75 lb regularly, and possess warehouse or logistics experience. Forklift or pallet‑jack operation and familiarity with a Warehouse Management System are a plus, along with strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and comfort with physically demanding work.
