About the Role
• Build internal and partner teams to enable perfect order fulfillment. • Lead value‑chain processes to improve flexibility, resilience, and performance. • Facilitate change projects between Schneider Electric and fulfillment partners. • Work with 3PL partner to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence. • Manage import/export order flow and resolve daily exceptions with CFS and internal teams. • Support day‑to‑day operations and relationship management per agreements and financial goals. • Monitor daily metrics and monthly KPIs for inbound/outbound activities. • Develop analysis to resolve ad‑hoc issues and anticipate business concerns. • Communicate risks, opportunities, and priorities to stakeholders for network scaling. • Adjust scheduling and capacity plans based on product lifecycle and calendar events. • Enable supply chain changes such as fulfillment process, transport, or alternate supply chains. • Advocate for the region/site and customers in capability enablement projects. • Work autonomously with latitude to exceed role objectives. • Plan activities and achieve objectives once milestones are agreed.

What You Bring
• 5+ years experience in logistics operations, planning, or financial management. • Experience in supply chain operations and third‑party supplier management. • Proficiency with SAP ERP (S/4 preferred). • Strong internal and external communication skills.

Benefits
The manager will report to the 3rd Party Logistics Director and collaborate closely with the 3PL partner while maintaining high safety, quality, and operational excellence standards. The compensation range for this full‑time U.S. position is $101,600‑$152,400 per year, plus a short‑term incentive, and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Benefit Bucks, flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, 401(k) match, well‑being programs, holidays, PTO, stock purchase eligibility, and military leave.
