About the Role

The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for all on‑site operations of a housing community, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial management, administration, and risk management. This role ensures compliance with Asset Living’s policies, safety standards, fair‑housing regulations, and liability requirements while leading staff and delivering resident satisfaction. • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise on‑site staff while enforcing performance standards and company policies. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Create and execute yearly marketing and leasing strategies, conduct resident showings, and implement retention programs. • Oversee administrative reporting, emergency response, and maintenance operations to maintain property appearance and timely repairs. • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, and Asset Living’s safety guidelines.

What You Bring

• Qualifications: High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 1‑4 years housing industry experience, CAM/ARM certification preferred, basic computer skills. • Physical ability to perform on‑site tasks, lift up to 25 lb, and be available for on‑call emergencies, weekends, and nights.

Benefits
