About the Role
The role focuses on planning and executing civil works projects by collaborating with project managers and engineers, coordinating engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with permits, regulations, and safety standards. It also involves managing resources, overseeing quality control, monitoring progress, controlling budgets, maintaining documentation, mitigating risks, fostering client relationships, resolving issues, and driving continuous process improvements. • Develop project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting for civil works. • Act as liaison among engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. • Obtain permits and ensure compliance with building codes, environmental, and safety regulations. • Allocate equipment, materials, and labor efficiently to meet deadlines and budgets. • Conduct inspections and testing to maintain quality standards. • Track milestones, monitor progress, and identify potential risks or delays. • Control project expenses, manage change orders, and seek cost‑saving opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, invoices, and correspondence. • Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, environment, and project execution. • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Resolve scheduling, quality, budget, or other project conflicts promptly. • Implement best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

What You Bring
