Part Time Security Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Part‑Time Security Associate to join the team at DRI Orbit One Villas. In this role you will ensure the safety and security of all resort owners, guests, and team members. • Quickly respond to emergency conditions such as fire, safety hazards, or threats to life and property. • Patrol interior and perimeter of the property to identify potential safety or security risks. • Lead communications and alarm systems; coordinate maintenance of life‑safety equipment to meet Hilton’s loss‑prevention standards. • Conduct periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds to protect against theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents. • Maintain a solid understanding of emergency and alarm systems. • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, advise management of deficiencies, and recommend remedial actions. • Investigate security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and produce detailed reports with statements from involved parties and witnesses. • Provide outstanding guest/owner service, including answering inquiries, giving directions, delivering packages, and solving general problems. • Execute reasonable management requests and assist co‑workers, demonstrating teamwork. • Maintain a friendly, guest‑focused attitude at all times.

What You Bring

• Perform basic first aid and CPR when needed. • Ability to patrol the property for 8‑9 hours continuously. • Prior experience in a customer‑service‑oriented security position. • Proficient computer skills and strong verbal and written communication for incident reporting. • Preferred: hotel experience, military or law‑enforcement background, and current First Aid/CPR certifications.
