About the Role

The role is responsible for executing turbine generator outage project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center goals. It standardizes outage processes across assigned CECs, enforces procedures, Human Performance fundamentals, and provides coaching to achieve continuous improvement. • Develop detailed plans, assign personnel, and create detailed work scope. • Create scope schedule and budget using the life cycle cost management system. • Apply expert knowledge to execute refueling outage services at assigned CEC and serve as primary communication with client CEC management and major vendors. • Direct project completion and close out financial and technical documentation, provide fiscal data, and promote fiscal accountability. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote them among all project participants at CECs. • Effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to corporate and CEC management. • Reinforce fundamental behaviors, administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of power generation experience, or Associate’s degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience. • Demonstrated leadership in at least three refueling outages. • Meet minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements and pass required medical examination/testing. • Turbine/generator experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
