About the Role

• Implement and oversee project planning and scheduling strategies for company and contractors. • Develop and coordinate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with project leads. • Integrate and maintain contractor schedules within the overall program schedule suite. • Provide quality assurance and interface with functional groups on schedule tracking and reporting. • Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports. • Conduct critical path and schedule risk analyses. • Identify baseline deviations, bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions. • Contribute integrated planning updates to monthly project reports and presentations. • Assess schedule impacts of variances and change orders. • Capture vendor and contractor schedule inputs into planning systems. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedule accuracy and completeness. • Lead coordination of multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and generate status reports. • Support onsite teams beyond core functions when needed.

What You Bring

The Scheduler role involves advanced planning, progress measurement, change management and risk analysis on major residential projects. The position requires expertise in planning and scheduling techniques, integration of contractor schedules, and delivering accurate schedule performance reports. • Hold a B.E/B.Tech (Civil) degree, preferably with project or construction management certification. • Possess at least 6 years of progressive project scheduling experience. • Expert in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and PowerPoint for scheduling. • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships. • Experience in commercial real‑estate project scheduling is desirable.
