The Talent Acquisition Business Partner acts as a strategic liaison between hiring managers and HR, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently and in line with global talent policies. • Partner with business stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies. • Design and implement sourcing, assessment, and closing processes, maintaining high interview‑to‑offer ratios. • Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews and deliver qualified shortlists within set timelines. • Collaborate with HR and Total Rewards to establish salary ranges and negotiate compensation packages. • Build and sustain candidate pipelines using CRM platforms and proactive market research. • Drive hiring targets focused on reducing time‑to‑fill and improving hire quality. • Apply market intelligence and subject‑matter expertise to shape regional talent attraction plans. • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s (and Master’s) degree in Human Resources. • Possess 10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors. • Demonstrate proficiency in sourcing through social media, job boards, and candidate screening. • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
