About the Role

• Repair and replace ADA operators, manual, swing, sliding, folding doors and associated hardware. • Service a variety of door equipment, control devices, and perform preventative maintenance. • Manage multiple projects while meeting time constraints. • Ensure meticulous attention to detail and follow established processes. • Deliver strong customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

The technician will provide comprehensive service and maintenance for the company’s portfolio of commercial automatic doors, ensuring reliable operation for client facilities. Candidates should possess solid experience in door systems, mechanical aptitude, carpentry ability, and a clean driving record, with AAADM certification and brand familiarity viewed as assets. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work both independently and within a team, and maintain a professional attitude in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail, adherence to processes, and a strong customer service orientation are essential for success. • Use carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors/windows. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and work effectively in team or solo settings. • Minimum 2 years experience as automatic door installer/service technician; AAADM certification a plus. • Strong mechanical aptitude and clean driving record required. • Preferred experience with Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy door brands.
