About the Role
The Contracts Analyst provides analytical and operational support related to contract development, compliance, and risk management. This role helps streamline workflows and maintain the accuracy and timeliness of critical contract-related activities. Compensation will be commensurate with education or experience. • Prepare, process, review, and sign select purchase orders and change orders per company policies and contractual obligations. • Submit lien waivers, payment applications, specialized billing forms, and sworn statements after verifying accounts receivable accuracy against internal and customer documents. • Process and track state and local government business licenses needed for operations in various jurisdictions. • Manage certificate of insurance and bond requests and renewals, resolving missing documentation and related issues.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred. • At least one year of experience handling contracts or legal documentation in a corporate or field operations setting. • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF software, and excellent typing skills. • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization abilities; comfortable in a dynamic environment. • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments and external customers.
