About the Role

The Community Association Manager (CAM) acts as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners, traveling to client associations to attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events as required by management agreements. They also prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements for homeowners, arranging bulk mailing within statutory deadlines. The CAM reviews monthly financial reports and submits management summaries to the Board. They provide recommendations on major capital expenditures to maintain the community’s appearance and operation, and perform other duties as assigned. • Serve as primary liaison between the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events. • Prepare and bulk‑mail annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements within statutory deadlines. • Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board. • Provide recommendations on major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operations.

What You Bring

Associais currently looking for a Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team. As a Community Association Manager, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong business correspondence skills, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling. Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred, along with excellent conflict‑resolution abilities.
