About the Role
• Ensure all aspects of field safety are maintained. • Meet with customers to fulfill obligations and expectations. • Direct field maintenance and contractual service operations. • Conduct field education and training for the workforce. • Maintain customer quality assurance while managing labor and material costs. • Improve efficiencies by optimizing route schedules and reducing callback rates. • Provide technical support and assist in sales estimations and proposals. • Authorize repair orders and track their completion. • Lead change initiatives to enhance efficiency and communication.

What You Bring
