About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager is accountable for every aspect of a project, leading a team to meet or exceed client expectations. Successful managers assemble and coordinate individuals to create a fine‑tuned project machine. In this role you provide overall leadership and set the course for the project, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards. You assess client requirements and devise implementation, procurement, and execution strategies that address constructability, cost, and schedule. You formulate procurement plans, identify opportunities to optimise time, quality and cost, and develop staffing and contract‑management approaches in collaboration with the client. You lead design review meetings to align outcomes with client objectives and the broader business strategy. You manage multiple stakeholder teams, including client, design, quality, audit, CRM/marketing, and facility‑management groups, and you handle escalations at senior levels. You review construction methods for feasibility, improvement opportunities, and cost‑effective alternatives while monitoring overall project execution and applying Cushman & Wakefield policies on site. • Lead project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. • Assess client requirements and devise implementation, procurement, and execution strategies. • Conduct design review meetings to align outcomes with client objectives and business strategy. • Manage stakeholder teams across client, design, quality, audit, marketing, and facilities functions. • Resolve escalations and provide solutions at senior stakeholder levels. • Review construction methods for feasibility, cost‑effectiveness, and resource optimisation. • Monitor and control overall project execution while applying company policies. • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and oversee their implementation. • Ensure comprehensive project close‑out with documentation, lessons‑learned transfer, and contract compliance.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience and have completed one to two end‑to‑end hotel, industrial, or warehouse projects. Experience in a Project Management Consultancy is preferred, along with technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works. Strong organisational, motivational, detail‑orientation, communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. • Hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience. • Completed at least one to two end‑to‑end hotel, industrial, or warehouse projects. • Prefer experience in project management consultancy. • Technical knowledge of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works. • Strong organisational, motivational, detail‑orientation, communication and interpersonal skills.
