About the Role

The role involves providing testing and consulting services for the built environment, including condition assessments, needs assessments, pre‑ and post‑construction surveys, and accessibility assessments. The incumbent will lead and mentor a team of facilities due‑diligence engineers, architects and project managers, oversee projects, review technical reports, prepare proposals and manage departmental P&L. Additional duties include business development, recruitment, and staff training. • Provide property/facility condition, needs, pre‑ and post‑construction, and accessibility assessments • Lead and mentor a team of facilities due‑diligence engineers, architects, and project managers • Oversee projects, review technical reports, and manage departmental P&L • Prepare proposals and drive business development initiatives • Review invoices, field reports, and other technical deliverables • Train and supervise junior staff members • Recruit and maintain adequate staffing levels

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering and possess a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. At least 12 years of relevant experience and a senior reviewer designation are required. • Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering • Possess a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license • Have at least 12 years of relevant professional experience • Designated senior reviewer at current or previous firm
