About the Role

• Operate vehicle in compliance with WM safety rules, OSHA, DOT, and all applicable laws. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or service issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch immediately. • Attend required training, briefings, and meetings as directed. • Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve route efficiency and share best practices. • Communicate customer requests and service interruptions to management promptly. • Follow assigned routes, complete end‑of‑day paperwork, and assist other drivers as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a REAL ID or acceptable TSA‑approved alternative for travel to federal sites. Drivers are expected to operate vehicles and equipment safely and reliably. • Minimum one year of CDL‑class A or B driving experience (or equivalent military driving) within the past 7 years. • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. • Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License with air‑brake endorsement. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Able to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, crouch, reach, and handle objects as required. • Capable of sitting, talking, and hearing while performing duties.
