About the Role
• Support design review and coordination of landscape packages across multiple road infrastructure projects. • Evaluate and monitor landscape designs from third‑party consultants for compliance with standards and project requirements. • Update designs for projects under development, coordinating with external firms to reflect site‑specific stakeholder requirements. • Follow up on awarded tenders by reviewing documentation and conducting site visits to ensure implementation matches the tendered design. • Communicate with PMCM teams about site progress, landscape issues, and design intent during construction. • Prepare documentation, BOQs, planting plans, and technical support materials for internal PMO evaluation and stakeholder communication. • Assist in preparing technical reports and presentations for internal reviews, design meetings, and client communication.

What You Bring
The firm is seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join a new PMO working on major highways and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will support landscape design review and coordination across multiple road infrastructure projects within the Road Program. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or Architecture with a landscape design focus. • Have at least 5 years of professional experience in landscape design and supervision, preferably on infrastructure or public‑sector projects. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp; familiar with BIM tools (Revit, Rhino 3D, Civil 3D) and GIS. • Understand landscape construction methods, materials, regional plant species, and local authority/environmental regulations. • Demonstrated experience working in a PMO environment with strong design and technical documentation skills. • Able to work independently while coordinating with senior team members and supporting multiple projects simultaneously. • Effective communicator with strong visual presentation skills and interest in sustainable landscape practices and urban ecology.
